Cepa 21 Ribera del DueroThis is a lovely Tempranillo from Ribera del Duero showing bright red colour on appearance and an expressive nose of cherry plummy with light earthy tones. Made in steel to promote the intense fruit and then matured in French oak for 14 months for added complexity. The palate has a full body with dark plum and cherry balanced by fresh acidity and ripe velvety tannins. A truly elegant style with bitter notes of dark chocolate and cedar in the finish.
